About the exam
What is ATAR?
ATAR is not an exam itself but the aggregate university entry score calculated from senior secondary results. Mathematics courses contribute heavily to ATAR calculations, making them among the highest-stakes subjects in Australian secondary education.
Dates and rules are announced on uac.edu.au — always check the latest details there.
