Module C-C2

Digital Collaboration Tools

This module prepares learners to work effectively in modern distributed teams using chat platforms, shared drives, video conferencing and project management tools. It contrasts synchronous and asynchronous communication, teaches channel discipline in Slack and Microsoft Teams, and covers meeting etiquette, documentation hygiene and permission management. Learners also compare Trello, Asana and Jira for tracking work, and practise giving and receiving feedback through comments and version history. The outcome is a confident collaborator who respects colleagues' time and attention.
