- AI Solver usage — math problems submitted to the AI solver are processed to provide step-by-step solutions. Problem text and images may be temporarily processed on our servers.
- Game progress and daily challenge completions.
- Tool usage counts — tracked to enforce daily limits based on your subscription tier.
c) Device Information
- Device type, operating system version, browser type, and app version for analytics and performance monitoring.
d) Payment Information
- Payment details are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe and Razorpay). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
2 Third-Party Services
TutorDA integrates the following third-party services:

- Ollama AI (Self-Hosted) — our AI math solver runs on self-hosted servers. Math problems you submit are processed on our own infrastructure and are not shared with external AI providers.
- Google ML Kit (OCR) — used for on-device optical character recognition to read math problems from images. OCR processing occurs locally on your device.

- Firebase servers (managed by Google) for authentication and user data.
- Self-hosted servers operated by TutorDA Education for AI solver processing and supplementary data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication protocols, and access controls to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5 Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
