Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 15 October 2026  |  Last Updated: 28 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website tutorda.org, the TutorDA eLearning portal, the TutorDA mobile application and every service offered through them (together, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by TutorDA Private Limited, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("TutorDA", "we", "our" or "us").

By creating an account, buying a plan or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1 Eligibility and accounts

2 The Services

TutorDA provides online education: interactive courses, practice questions, mock tests, AI-assisted maths tools, recorded and live classes, study materials and mentoring. Some Services are free; others need a paid plan (Basic or Premium) as described on our Pricing page.

We may add, change, improve or withdraw features from time to time. If we permanently withdraw a feature that is central to a plan you have paid for, we will tell you and offer a fair alternative.

Mock tests, score estimates and percentiles are for practice only. They are not official results and do not guarantee any rank, admission or job.

3 Plans, prices and payment

4 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy (for example, a duplicate charge or a payment debited without the plan being activated).

5 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where an account is closed for misuse, no refund is due for the remaining period.

6 Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including courses, interactive labs, questions, solutions, text, graphics, logos and software — belongs to TutorDA Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that content for your own learning during your plan. Exam names such as CBSE, NCERT, JEE, NEET and IBPS are used only to describe syllabus coverage; TutorDA is not affiliated with or endorsed by those bodies.

7 AI tools and accuracy

Our AI-assisted tools (such as the maths solver and tutor) can make mistakes. Use them as a learning aid and check important results. Content is prepared carefully, but we do not guarantee that every item is free of errors; if you spot one, please tell us and we will fix it.

8 Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TutorDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, marks, admission or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9 Third-party services and links

The Services use and link to third-party services (for example, payment gateways, Google Firebase and video platforms). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

10 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, and material changes will be notified on the website or by email. Continuing to use the Services after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

11 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any complaint amicably — please write to us using the details below. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
