We blend both! Students attend structured live sessions via Zoom and also get access to self-paced modules, recorded replays, and assignments on our Moodle portal — giving you flexibility with structure.

No installation needed. Our portal works in any modern web browser. A free Moodle mobile app is also available for Android and iOS for learning on the go.

Assessments are auto-graded on our secure Moodle platform. Quizzes use randomised question sets, ensuring no two students receive identical tests, which reduces rote practice and encourages genuine understanding.

Your personal dashboard on Moodle shows quiz scores, topic mastery percentages, attendance records, assignment submissions, and recommended next steps based on your performance analytics.

Every student gets a dedicated mentor, access to WhatsApp doubt clearing, email support, recorded sessions for revision, and interactive forum discussions with teachers and peers.

Absolutely. Every enrolled student is assigned a personal mentor who monitors your academic progress, provides targeted guidance, answers doubts via WhatsApp, and supports your overall learning journey.

Yes! We offer structured batches for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NEET mathematics with chapter-wise tests, full-length mock exams, time management coaching, and dedicated mentorship for competitive results.

Yes. We cover SAT Math and general mathematics preparation for IGCSE / Cambridge exams. Our curriculum is globally relevant while incorporating contextual, regional examples.

Our online payment page will be ready soon. Meanwhile, email admin@tutorda.org (or WhatsApp +91 89510 51265) with the plan you want, from the email address you use to sign in. We'll reply with the payment details and activate your plan. The same applies to our services — tutoring, question papers, Moodle LMS, accreditation and more.

All plans are monthly. India: Basic ₹99, Premium ₹999. Other countries: Basic US$2, Premium US$12. The Free plan costs nothing. Choose your country on the Pricing page to see the prices for you.

Customers in India pay in Indian rupees (₹); customers elsewhere pay in US dollars (US$). You pay in the currency shown for your country at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay (and, where offered, PhonePe or Stripe). We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN. Online checkout is coming soon; until then, email admin@tutorda.org to subscribe and we'll send you the payment details.

Yes. Payments are processed entirely by our payment gateway partners. TutorDA never sees or stores your full card number, bank details or UPI PIN.

Free: Chapter 1 of every interactive course (Class 10–12, Calculus I/II, Linear Algebra), IBPS Chapter 1 practice and the IBPS practice paper, and Mock 1 of every exam. Basic: also Chapters 2–4 of every course and Mocks 2–4. Premium: everything — all chapters and all mocks. After subscribing, contact admin@tutorda.org to have your access activated.

Your plan is activated on your TutorDA account once the payment gateway confirms the payment — usually instantly. If it is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@tutorda.org with your registered email and the transaction / UPI reference ID. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

A failed transaction that was debited but not received by us is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the gateway within 5–7 working days. If the payment did reach us but your plan did not start, email support@tutorda.org with the transaction / UPI reference ID — if we cannot activate it within 48 hours of your report, we refund the payment in full.

Where auto-renewal is offered and you enable it (for example, UPI AutoPay or a card mandate), your plan renews at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You can also revoke a UPI AutoPay mandate from your UPI app at any time.

Yes, cancel anytime from your profile or by emailing support@tutorda.org. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling also stops any auto-renewal mandate. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Plans give instant access to digital content, so payments are non-refundable once activated — you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. We do refund in full: duplicate charges, payments debited without the plan being activated, and renewals charged after you cancelled. Details: Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Email support@tutorda.org (or admin@tutorda.org) within 7 days of the charge, from your registered email, with your name, the plan, the payment date and amount, and the transaction / UPI reference ID. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds are made only to the original payment method; we start the refund within 2 working days of approval and it usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Yes. You can move from Basic to Premium at any time — the new plan starts as soon as you pay for it. A move to a lower plan takes effect from your next billing period. No refund is given for the remainder of the current period.

You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. Your work is never lost. Locked mocks and chapters show a 🔒 prompt — to get access, subscribe to a plan and contact admin@tutorda.org.
